Key Veeva CRM Skills:

  • Good Understanding of the concepts of Accounts, Calls, Product Management, Territory Management, User Management, Sample Management, MCCP, Event Management, Survey, CLM, Approved Email and Consent Management, MyInsights, and Veeva Engage Meetings.
  • Configured iPad and Windows device functionalities and supported sync issues.
  • Should be Veeva Vault Certified and Veeva CRM Certified.
  • Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve the Veeva platform.
  • Must have experience in the Configuration of new Veeva CRM functionalities.
  • Participate in all the Veeva CRM-related review meetings with other vendors.
    Participate in all release plans, where needed.
  • Must be having hands-on experience in data loadings and deployments.
  • Responsible for the resolution of critical/high priority issues/problems reporting for Veeva CRM Application
  • Carry out root cause analysis and troubleshoot the issues.
  • Perform system administrator function of the Salesforce.com CRM application.

Operational Skills:

  • Work with IT and Salesforce.com and other 3rd party vendors to maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
  • Produce documents for IT such as specifications, test plans, test results, change control material, operational records, user guides, etc.
  • Responsible for delivering deliverables on time with expected quality.
  • Individual Operational Skills are needed.
